Classes versus independent workouts
Guerrilla advertises CrossFit, open gym, one-to-one and small-group coaching, plus nutrition coaching. These formats serve different routines. A class gives you a scheduled session; open-gym availability is a separate question. Do not treat a class start time as an unrestricted all-day access window.

How beginners start
Guerrilla’s published New to CrossFit option includes three one-on-one sessions and unlimited classes. Experienced CrossFitters have a separate membership option; the site also lists a three-class trial and experienced-athlete drop-ins.
Private coaching is offered individually or in packages. Semi-private sessions have four to six participants. Prices are not published on this options page, so request a quote for the specific route you want.

Try the format before choosing a plan
The Paramus page advertises a three-class trial. It does not establish a complete trial price or eligibility in the material reviewed. Ask which sessions the trial covers, whether a first-time participant needs an introductory appointment, and what happens after the third class.

Arrival details worth checking
The business identifies parking-lot and street-parking options and describes rear approaches from East Midland Avenue. Its directions refer to Sette Drive and Powers Drive, or a route through the Humdinger’s parking lot. Check the official directions before your first visit instead of relying only on the street address.

Questions for a first class
Tell the coach what you have trained before and what you have not. Ask how newcomers join the session, how exercises are adapted and how much instruction is included. If you want unscheduled workouts between classes, ask for the open-gym timetable before comparing the price with a conventional gym membership.
